Angola Refugee Crisis

Thank you for your interest in Angolan Refugee Crisis Page, which has been set up in direct response to the plight of the forgotten and starving refugees of Kuito, Angola.

Kuito is on the brink of a humanitarian disaster. The human costs have been overwhelming; most of the casualties are civilian. ARC continues to endeavor to bring some relief to its people and to feed the indomitable spirit that has kept them alive to this point. Refugees are entitled to international help; the Kuito refugee people deserve a chance to participate in a life of dignity. ARC has one immediate priority, one objective - emergency and famine crisis relief to the "internally displaced people" of Kuito.
